I had wanted to make a Taco Salad that was decent in the calorie department! So I chopped up Iceberg Lettuce, added Diced Tomato, Kidney Beans, Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
Bolthouse Salsa Ranch Dressing, Crumbled Tortilla Chips, and Taco
Seasoned Ground Beef! So simple, but it satisfied my taco salad craving!
This makes one serving and I assemble the salad on large dinner plates and just multiply it by how many people as needed.
